My First Wedding
Although I have taken photos at weddings and collated albums of my own daughters' weddings I have never actually been the "Wedding Photographer" until now. Thanks to Lora, Brent and Yvonne for having faith in my abilities.
The day was HOT and WINDY... not ideal, but as usual when faced with interesting conditions I thought about ways to make the most of the situation ... avoid harsh light and shade situations if possible and make the most of the amazing clouds, the great car, the elegant wedding party and their sense of fun.
These are a few of my favourites...

Pastels at Melrose
Following the success of the Exhibition during the "Crush Festival" I have been asked to exhibit at The North Star Hotel in Melrose during March, followed by the Austral Hotel in April.
The bright pastels look super on the stone and galvanized walls. Funny how they seem to shrink in size when brought into a large space.
